ISO-class Cleanroom Systems
ISO Class 5 through Class 8 cleanrooms for semiconductor, pharmaceutical, medical device, and precision manufacturing facilities. Built with modular wall panels, walkable ceiling grids, sealed doors with interlock options, anti-static raised flooring, and engineered pressure cascades that hold classification differentials between adjacent zones — ±5 Pa typical, ±15 Pa for biocontainment.
Commissioning includes ISO 14644 particle count testing at-rest and in-operation, recovery testing, airflow visualisation, and HEPA/ULPA leak testing. For GMP and 21 CFR Part 11 facilities we support IQ/OQ/PQ validation, deliver protocols and executed records, and provide the documentation package needed for regulatory submission and routine audits.
HVAC & Airflow Systems
Dedicated air handling units with H13/H14 HEPA and U15 ULPA filtration, ceiling plenum or terminal HEPA distribution, and air change rates from 20 ACH for ISO 8 up to 240 ACH for ISO 5. Sizing accounts for occupancy, internal heat loads, process exhaust, and required recovery times.
BMS integration monitors temperature, humidity, differential pressure, and real-time particle counts across every zone — with automated alerts to operators and maintenance before deviations impact yield. Trend logs are retained per GMP requirements for batch traceability and post-incident root-cause analysis.
Construction & Design
Modular wall and ceiling panels (50 mm or 75 mm cores), anti-static raised access flooring, seamless self-levelling epoxy with integral coving, cleanroom-grade electrical and lighting with sealed penetrations, flush-mount stainless fittings, gowning rooms with automated interlocks, and pass-through chambers. All materials and sealants are selected for low outgassing and chemical compatibility with your process.
For upgrades inside operational facilities we plan phased construction so adjacent production lines keep running. New zones are isolated with temporary partitions, negative-pressure containment, and dedicated entry — built, qualified, and handed over independently under full contamination controls. Detailed schedules are issued before mobilisation and tracked weekly through to validation.
