All work complies with IEC, BS, and SNI standards. Handover includes as-built single-line diagrams, protection relay settings, and test certificates.
Lighting & Illumination
High-bay factory lighting, street and flood lighting, office systems, explosion-proof fixtures, cleanroom-rated luminaires, and emergency exit lighting. Lux calculations completed during design, verified on-site at handover.
For energy reduction projects, we assess existing installations against LED alternatives and deliver documented payback calculations before procurement.
Safety & Protection
Lightning protection, earthing, fire alarm, sprinkler systems, CCTV, access control, and UPS backup power — designed to IEC, BS, and SNI standards with documented battery autonomy calculations.
Each system is commissioned with full compliance documentation for regulatory inspection and insurance audits. Fire alarm, CCTV, and access control can be unified on a single monitoring platform.
Testing & Maintenance
Infrared thermal imaging, primary and secondary injection testing, insulation resistance, and contact resistance measurement. Thermal scans identify hotspots and load imbalances before they cause downtime.
Annual maintenance contracts cover switchboard servicing, transformer oil analysis, and capacitor bank inspection — with scheduled visits, emergency call-outs, and quarterly condition reports.
